1. Services Provided

Busy Bee Rooter and Plumbing provides professional plumbing, drain cleaning, rooter, and emergency repair services. All services are subject to scheduling availability, technical feasibility, and physical inspection of the property.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Diagnostic Fees: Standard diagnostic or service call fees may apply to dispatches. These fees will be communicated prior to booking.

Written Estimates: Final pricing is provided via written estimates before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.

Unforeseen Conditions: If hidden or unforeseen structural or plumbing issues are discovered during work, we will pause and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Due Date: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services unless prior financing or commercial terms have been approved in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.

Late Fees: Overdue balances may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) & Communications (Critical for A2P Verification)

By providing your mobile phone number to Busy Bee Rooter and Plumbing, you explicitly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages (SMS) and automated calls from us.

Purpose of SMS: Messages may include appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, digital invoices, customer feedback requests, and occasional promotional offers.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by owner negligence, chemical drain cleaners, tree root intrusion (unless rooter warranty is explicitly granted), or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busy Bee Rooter and Plumbing's total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those specific services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Access: The customer must provide safe and clear access to the work area, including clearing personal belongings.

Permits: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary Homeowners Association (HOA) approvals. We will handle municipal plumbing permits as required by local building codes.

Authorized Signer: An adult authorized to approve work and payments must be present at the property during the service appointment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Busy Bee Rooter and Plumbing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the services were rendered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
